We can do something about the Circle of Influence either directly or indirectly. The Circle of Control is a smaller circle.

This includes your own children; their friends; any children you supervise; friends' and relatives' children; and kids encountered in public. You are putting first things first when you organize your time around the most important things and eliminate the unimportant.
