Are all thoughts true?
All thoughts are temporary, and most of them aren't universally true. Although this can seem sad or uncomfortable, in reality it's empowering. This principle gives you the power to take control of how you respond to your thoughts as you go through life.
Also, where do ideas exist?
Ideas only exist inside your own head (and everyone else's). Outside of your head (and everyone else's) ideas don't exist. The important thing you can do though in order to make your ideas a meaningful part of reality and not just in your head is to externalize them.
