What does the Bible say about figuring out your purpose?
In one sense, you are always living in God's purpose. Nothing can happen without God ordaining it. Psalm 57:2 says, "I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for me." This is key in understanding God's purpose for your life. God has numbered your days and will fulfill every purpose He has for you.
Do we create our own destiny?
Fate is what puts opportunities in front of us but our destiny is ultimately determined by our decisions. For instance, if you go to a party and meet the perfect guy that was fate. But what you do about it is your destiny. Our destiny is not something we can sit by and let happen to us. What are the awoken in Destiny? The Awoken are a humanoid race sharing common ancestry with Earth humans. They descend from the crew and passengers of the Yang Liwei, a colony ship that disappeared in a spacetime anomaly during the Collapse.
