What is metta or maitri meditation? Metta meditation is the same as maitr? meditation. Metta is a Pali word and Maitr? is the same word in Sanskrite; it means 'loving kindness'. The cultivated form of maitr? is devotion, love without attachment.
How do you practice loving someone?
